Overview
Lucia has represented clients with complex Phase II merger control filings before the EU Commission, both as merging parties and third party intervenients. She has coordinated international deals that have entailed antitrust reviews in numerous jurisdictions requiring structural and/or behavioural remedies.
Other antitrust experience includes advising clients involved in EU Commission Article 101 and 102 investigations, as well as litigation before the EU courts.

Lucia joined Linklaters in 2024. Prior to joining Linklaters, Lucia worked for seven years at a leading American law firm in Brussels.
Education and qualifications
Lucia holds an LL.M. in EU Law from the College of Europe, Bruges, where she graduated top class. She obtained her Bachelor of Laws from the University of Timisoara, Romania, where she graduated valedictorian.
She also studied for one year at the University of Montpellier, France.
Lucia qualified in Romania and is registered with the E-list of the Brussels Bar.
Lucia works in English, German, and French.
