Overview
Prerna is an English solicitor based in our Frankfurt office. She specialises in debt capital markets products with a focus on asset based structured finance, including, in particular, project bonds, true sale and synthetic securitisation and other secured financing of various asset classes as well as derivatives. She also has experience in aviation finance and digital banking.

Prerna joined Linklaters in August 2022.
Prior to joining the firm, she worked at an international law firm in Frankfurt and a law firm in India.Education and qualifications
Prerna studied Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (B.A., LL.B. (Hons)) at Chanakya National Law University in India. She has also completed a Master of Law in Finance (LL.M. Finance) from the Institute for Law and Finance, Goethe University, Frankfurt.
She is a dual qualified lawyer, admitted to practice law in England and Wales, and in India.
She speaks English.
