Hwan represents leading financial institutions and other lenders, arrangers, agents and borrowers in a broad range of domestic and cross-border finance deals. Hwan has experience with various finance transactions in connection with commercial real estate financing and corporate financing for both syndicated and bilateral transactions.

Hwan holds a Juris Doctor from Emory University School of Law. Hwan obtained his undergraduate degree in Forest Environment & Life Science from Seoul National University in Seoul, South Korea.
