Yulia Toksarova

Yulia supports clients on a wide range of cross-border finance transactions and has experience working on project finance, acquisition finance, syndicated lending transactions, pre-export facilities and ECA-backed financings. She focuses on transactions in oil and gas, power and renewables, infrastructure and mining industries.

Yulia also advised major international financial institutions and corporate clients on international debt and equity offerings and finance regulatory matters.

Yulia studied law at Moscow State University (Moscow) and also studied law as an exchange student at the University of Helsinki (2016).

She participated in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (2017).

Yulia speaks English and Russian.
