UK High Court confirms SFO’s power to compel foreign companies to produce documents held overseas

The ability of the UK’s Serious Fraud Office to order the production of documents held outside the jurisdiction by foreign companies, where there is a "sufficient connection" between the company and the UK, has been affirmed by the English High Court.
