Belgian Financial Legislation Tracker – 29 March 2023
The latest version of our financial legislation tracker is now available.
The updates include:
- the submission to the Belgian Chamber of the draft law implementing Directive (EU) 2019/1023 on preventive restructuring frameworks, on discharge of debt and disqualifications, and on measures to increase the efficiency of procedures concerning restructuring, insolvency and discharge of debt; and
- the approval by the Chamber Commission in first reading of the draft law inserting a Book XIX “Consumer debts” of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
