Welcome to our Winter Edition of Investor Agenda.
In this edition we provide an update on ESG developments, including the UK Transition Plan Taskforce, the Taskforce for Social Factors and the Taskforce for Nature-related Financial Disclosures. We have also commented on the Financial Reporting Council’s consultation on updates to the UK Stewardship Code, which many trustees are voluntary signatories to.
In a further update to the exemption from clearing derivative transactions, we have also summarised the new exemption included in “EMIR 3” and what this means for pension scheme trustees – particularly where they are trading with EU firms.
