The EU’s new AML framework: (r)evolutionary changes ahead

Join us in person, on December 7, at 12:00 CET, for a seminar on the EU's new AML framework consisting of four new pieces of legislation, and constituting a profound overhaul from an EU supervisory, institutional and regulatory perspective, with amongst others the intended creation of a new EU AML Authority.  The recently adopted EU Regulation 2023/1113 on information accompanying transfers of funds and certain crypto-assets, is the first piece of the new puzzle and already gives a flavour as to what can be expected.
