ESG update: CSSF procedure on SFDR RTS, confirmation letter now available

Further to the CSSF communication dated 27 July 2022, the CSSF has just informed the investment fund industry that the announced RTS confirmation letter, that should accompany the filing of a prospectus/issuing document to support the update on sustainability-related disclosures with regard to the entry into force of the SFDR RTS on 1 January 2023, is now available and can be downloaded from the CSSF website.

Please note that there are two templates available depending on the type of fund concerned:

We would like to emphasize that the deadline to benefit from an accelerated examination and visa stamping of the prospectus/issuing document is 31 October 2022.
