Luxembourg - Reminder: four days left for the RBE filing!

The Luxembourg law of 13 January 2019 setting up a register of beneficial owners (the “RBE Law”) has implemented a new obligation for in-scope entities to file certain information, regarding their beneficial owners, with the register of beneficial owners (Registre des bénéficiaires effectifs) (the “RBE”). The transitory period provided for in the RBE Law will end on 31 August 2019, so all in-scope entities must comply with their obligations before that date. If you need more information on th
