UK MiFID II: FCA finalises UK bond and derivatives transparency regime

The FCA has published FCA PS24/14, finalising the new UK transparency regime for bonds and derivatives. The paper confirms the move to a qualitative “systematic internaliser” (SI) definition and provides related guidance and includes a discussion paper kicking off a review of SI regulatory obligations.
