Linklaters advises the arrangers and bookrunners on the refinancing of the Normec Group
Linklaters has advised HSBC and JP Morgan (as lead arrangers and physical bookrunners) and Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, RBC, SMBC and Unicredit (as joint bookrunners and arrangers) on the syndicated TLB refinancing of the Normec Group, an Astorg portfolio company. The financing package comprises a €565m TLB, with a delayed draw facility of €100m.
The Normec Group is a leading European organisation in the testing, inspection, certification and compliance industry, with areas of expertise spanning water, air and soil quality to fire safety, food safety and management systems. Established in 2015, the Normec Group employs over 4000 employers across 30 locations in Europe.
