Dominik advises national and international corporates and financial investors on all corporate law matters. He is particularly experienced in advising clients on domestic and cross-border M&A transactions and joint ventures. Furthermore, Dominik regularly advises on venture capital transactions.
In its 2021 Best Lawyers Ranking, German Handelsblatt lists Dominik as “One to Watch” in the category Mergers and Acquisitions Law.

Professional experience
Dominik joined Linklaters in 2022 as Managing Associate. Prior to joining Linklaters, Dominik worked in international leading law firms in Hamburg and Berlin.
Education and qualifications
Dominik studied law at Freie Universität of Berlin. During his legal clerkship Dominik worked for international law firms in Berlin and San Francisco and the stock exchange supervisory authority of the state of Berlin.
He is fluent in German and English.
