Overview

Juliette is an associate in the litigation, arbitration and investigations practice in Brussels. 

She advises and represents clients in a wide range of civil, commercial and regulatory disputes, with a particular focus on restructuring and insolvency, business crime, commercial relationships and consumer protection.

Work highlights

Julie has assisted several clients in resolving disputes. These include advising and representing (*)

  • An investment fund: advising on several proceedings involving insolvency, director liability ad criminal matters.
  • Various companies: advising on summary proceedings related to the violation of business secrets and confidentiality clauses.
  • A construction firm: representing in arbitration proceedings in Eastern Africa relating to the implementation of a works contract.

Professional experience

  • Juliette was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2021. She joined Linklaters in 2025 after having worked three years in a Brussels-based international leading law firm. 
  • Juliette is involved in various DE&I projects, such as Be.Face (a business network that promotes inclusiveness in the legal work area by creating opportunities for young students and job seekers). She also participated in a Legal Helpdesk’s initiative to provide practical and legal assistance to asylum seekers in Belgium, in particular single men without shelter.
 

Education and qualifications

Juliette holds a Bachelor of Law from Université-Saint Louis Brussels and a Master of Law (L.L.M. in European Law) from the University of Antwerp. 
She participated in an exchange programme in Padua, Italy. 

Juliette speaks French, English and Dutch.
