Overview

Laurie is a Senior Associate in the Employment & Incentives group and Co-Head of Linklaters’ Diversity Faculty, our diversity law practice advising businesses on the legal, regulatory and governance aspects of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Laurie advises senior stakeholders and businesses on areas relating to culture, workplace activism, discrimination, diversity, equality, and inclusion, and the legal, regulatory and governance aspects relating to such. She is a frequent speaker and commentator on these issues and regularly delivers training, advisory and awareness-raising sessions to businesses on people-related legal developments and societal and market trends. 

In a role unique to Linklaters, Laurie brings together her experience and technical knowledge as a senior employment lawyer, having advised clients on an extensive range of people-related issues for over a decade, alongside her role as a trusted advisor and point of contact for senior stakeholders on the evolving legal, societal and market trends in the people and culture space.
