Marvin Berkel

Marvin is an Associate in the global Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice, based in Brussels. 

He advises on all aspects of EU and German competition law, including merger control, FDI screening, cartels and antitrust compliance issues.

Before joining Linklaters Marvin was a trainee at another international law firm, at the European Commission within the Directorate-General for Competition and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.

Marvin studied at Humboldt-University in Berlin. He holds a Maîtrise en droit from Paris-Panthéon-Assas University. He also obtained a Masters of Law (LL.M.) from King’s College London. 

Marvin speaks German, English and French.
