Sara Assis Ferreira

Managing Associate, Lisbon

“Defending our clients for me means firstly a thorough analysis of the case, from all sides, whereby my experience as Legal Counsel in the national regulatory authorities represents an advantage in that regard, enabling me to better anticipate issues and provide the best solutions. Plus, despite enjoying developing a solid winning litigation strategy, I am known for my empathy with clients and counterparties alike, which enables me to achieve comprehensive remedies that resolve clients' problems when this serves their interests better than a court or arbitral decision.”
