Tanguy is an associate in the Antitrust & Foreign Investment Group of Linklaters in Paris.

He advises on all aspects of EU and French competition law, including antitrust proceedings, private enforcement litigation and merger control.

His expertise covers a wide range of industries, with a focus on transportation, consumer goods and banking sectors.

Work Highlights

• Assisting CACEIS, the asset servicing branch of Crédit Agricole SA, in the acquisition of sole control over the European asset servicing business of RBC and the subsequent notification to the European Commission.
• Assisting CA Indosuez, the private banking branch of Crédit Agricole SA, in the acquisition of sole control over the Belgium-based private bank Degroof Petercam and the subsequent notification to the European Commission.
• Notification of a merger to the French Competition Authority in the medical examinations sector in local markets (2024).
• Assisting clients in the context of dawn raids by the European Commission and the French Competition Authority in the luxury and medical sectors, as well as related audits and litigation (2023 and 2024).
• Drafting of a response to a statement of objections from the French Competition Authority in the food packaging sector (2022).
• Supporting clients consulted in the context of the French Competition Authority's sectoral analyses in the recycling and green mobility sectors (2022).
• Drafting of a State aid appeal before the French Supreme administrative court in the green mobility sector (2023-2024).
