  • Assisting clients in the context of dawn raids by the European Commission and the French Competition Authority in the luxury and medical sectors, as well as related audits and litigation (2023 and 2024).
  • Drafting of a response to a statement of objections from the French Competition Authority in the food packaging sector (2022).
