Industry associations publish new guide to sustainability-linked fund financing

In March 2024, a joint working group of the Loan Syndications and Trading Association, Loan Market Association (“LMA”), Asia Pacific Loan Market Association and Fund Finance Association published a Guide to the Application of the Sustainability Linked Loan Principles in Fund Finance. The guide acknowledges various challenges and potential solutions.
