Linklaters advises DigitalBridge on the sale of Wildstone
Linklaters has advised DigitalBridge on the sale of Wildstone, the leading owner of independent outdoor media infrastructure in the UK, to Antin Infrastructure Partners.
Linklaters advised DigitalBridge when it acquired Wildstone in 2020 and has worked closely with Wildstone since, both on its financing and the execution of M&A opportunities, with Wildstone becoming one of the fasted growing owners of outdoor media infrastructure across the UK and Europe with a portfolio of over 3,000 billboards.
The team was led by private equity partners, Andrew Lynch and Daniel Law alongside managing associate Rohan Dey and associate Claudia Greig; tax partner Chris Smale, tax managing associate Jack Harrison and tax associate Clara Khoo; finance partner Julian Davies, finance managing associate Thomas Capon and finance associate Shamin Choudhury.
This is the latest deal that the team have supported DigitalBridge on, with corporate partners Daniel Law and David Martin advising the group on their formation of AtlasEdge, the Vantage Europe and Vantage APAC platforms and the acquisition of Next Generation Data (NGD).
