Linklaters advises Platinum Ivy on the £5.4bn takeover of Hargreaves Lansdown
Linklaters is advising Platinum Ivy (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, managed by ADIA PED), as part of a consortium which also comprises CVC Private Equity Funds and Nordic Capital, on its recommended cash acquisition of the entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital of Hargreaves Lansdown. The cash offer values Hargreaves Lansdown’s entire issued, and to be issued, ordinary share capital at approximately £5.4bn on a fully diluted basis.
