Linklaters advises Carlyle Global Credit on its strategic investment in Orifarm
Linklaters has advised global investment firm Carlyle Global Credit on its strategic capital investment in Orifarm Group A/S, a family-owned, international healthcare company which supplies high quality pharmaceuticals at affordable prices across three business lines: Pharma Trade, Specialty Rx and Consumer Healthcare.
