Linklaters advises on Premier Energies Limited’s IPO in India

Linklaters acted as sole international counsel, representing the book running lead managers on the initial public offering (IPO) of Premier Energies Limited, India's second largest fully integrated solar cell and module manufacturer. The shares marked a notable debut on the Indian stock exchanges, the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE.

The INR 2,830.40 crore IPO saw substantial interest from investors, both domestically and internationally, reflecting the confidence in Premier Energies' robust business model and growth potential.
