    Linklaters has advised the lenders on the debt financing for the Net Zero Teesside Power (NZT Power) located in Teesside, UK,NZT Power, a 742MW gas-fired power station with CCS, will provide flexible low carbon power into the UK national power grid and  is set to be the world’s first fully integrated gas-fired power and carbon capture project.

    Ceyhan Gas to Chemicals Project, Türkiye

    Linklaters has advised the sponsors on the development and financing of a greenfield propane dehydrogenation unit, polypropylene unit and associated facilities in the planned Ceyhan Petrochemical Industrial Zone in the Adana Province of Türkiye. Once completed, the facility is intended to meet roughly 17% of Türkiye’s polypropylene demand.
