Catherine Yuen

Catherine is a corporate associate based in New York. Catherine advises private, as well as publicly listed companies in a wide range of cross-border public and private M&A transactions and corporate governance matters, across the following sectors: energy and infrastructure, banking, private equity, media, consumer and healthcare. 

Catherine has worked in our New York, London and Hong Kong offices and has been on secondment with the legal team at De Beers Group, London. She is a dual-qualified lawyer, admitted to practice in New York and in England and Wales. 

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Law with French Law from the University of Oxford and completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Law in London.
