Martin Rojahn

Martin represents corporates and financial institutions on international corporate finance transactions in the areas of debt and equity capital markets. He has specialist expertise in bond issuances (including hybrid bonds and regulatory capital instruments of banks and insurance companies) and in liability management transactions. He further advises on sustainable finance.

He has been rated as one of the “Rising Stars” in Legal 500 (Legal 500 Germany 2023, Capital Markets). He is a member of the Linklaters ESG Working Group.
