Sandra Hoballah Campus

Sandra is an associate in the Energy & Infrastructure practice of Linklaters Paris. Her area of expertise covers French energy and public laws, with a focus on the public and energy sectors (concession, feed-in premium agreement and related state aid issues, corporate power purchase agreement) contracts as well as on regulatory matters (in particular in the energy sector). She works on international projects in France and in Africa.

Prior to joining Linklaters in 2017 Sandra worked in another international law firm as well as in a major French utilities company.

Sandra holds a Master 2 degree in Law, Administration and financial management of local authorities and a Master 1 degree in Public business law (both in University Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne).

She is a member of the Paris Bar since 2017. 

She is fluent in French and English.
