Countdown to UK IFPR Webinar Series - Session 3: Consolidation and ICARA & SREP
At this webinar we will give an overview of how the IFPR requirements apply in consolidation groups. We will also cover the different parts of the ICARA process and the FCA’s new approach to the Supervisory Review and Evaluation Process (SREP).
We will discuss practical issues UK investment firms may face in implementing the new requirements by the time the IFPR applies from January 2022, including what the FCA has said about its expectations regarding the ICARA process and how firms subject to existing individual capital or liquidity guidance will transition to ICARA.
