Linklaters advises Resi4Rent on another acquisition in Poland

Linklaters has advised Resi4Rent, the largest subscription-based apartment rental provider in Poland, on the acquisition of a plot of land at 127 Kilińskiego Street in Łódź. Following the acquisition, the plot was developed into a flex living complex, adding 287 units to the city’s rental market in August of this year.

The building at 127 Kilińskiego Street is the second Resi4Rent investment in Łódź. The first, Resi4Rent Łódź Wodna, was completed in 2019. It was the first PRS housing project in Łódź, with 219 units. Linklaters also advised Resi4Rent on that investment.

The Linklaters team was led by Tomasz Trystuła (managing associate), supported by Filip Witaszek (associate) and Joanna Roman (associate) from the Warsaw real estate practice.
