Joost Dibbits

Joost Dibbits is a managing associate in our Brussels’ office who specialises in EU and Dutch competition law. He was admitted to the Amsterdam bar in 2015. Before joining Linklaters in 2020, Joost worked for an international law firm in Amsterdam (Jan 2013 until Nov 2019) and for the European Parliament (Nov 2019 until Feb 2020).

Joost supports Linklaters’ lawyers by providing solutions to EU and Dutch law competition issues, monitoring and sharing legal developments and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing. He has a particular interest in data science and competition law.

Joost holds a master degree from the Radboud University in international and European law. He also has a master degree from the Radboud University in Arabic language and culture. Joost speaks Dutch, English, Italian and French.
