- Novo Holdings: advising on the merger control, foreign investment and foreign subsidies aspects of its proposed $16.5bn acquisition of Catalent, a global contract development and manufacturing organisation.
- Perfetti Van Melle Group BV: advising Perfetti Van Melle on its $1.35bn acquisition of Mondelez's developed-market gum business in the United States, Canada and Europe.
