Vladimir is a Counsel in the Capital Markets practice in London, advising financial institutions and corporate clients on a wide range of international capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings, issues of equity-linked and regulatory capital instruments as well as liability management and debt restructuring exercises. Having previously worked in our Moscow, Hong Kong and Tokyo offices he is particularly well recognised for his experience in the emerging markets’ transactions.

Education and qualifications

Vladimir studied law at Lomonosov Moscow State University.

Vladimir speaks Russian, English and conversational Georgian.
