Each year, 1 March is International Zero Discrimination Day. As employment lawyers, we often hear phrases or words which might sound innocent at first, but are actually, or can be perceived to be, discriminatory. Nick Marshall, Managing Associate, asks members of the Employment & Incentives team in London to recall some of the comments and phrases they have come across in the context of advising clients, that have set alarm bells ringing.
