Linklaters advises the arrangers on the financing for Brookfield’s €1.089 billion public takeover of Hibernia REIT plc

Linklaters has advised the arrangers on the financing for Brookfield Asset Management’s public takeover Hibernia REIT plc.

Hibernia REIT plc is a public real estate investment trust, established in 2013 and headquartered in Dublin, Ireland. The company owns 32 properties in Dublin and is listed on Euronext Dublin and the London Stock Exchange.
