The EQT Infrastructure V (“EQT Infrastructure”) fund has entered exclusive negotiations to acquire a majority stake in Trescal (the “Company”) from Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (“OMERS”), which will remain a minority investor alongside EQT Infrastructure.
