• TPG: Advising on its investment into Syre, a Swedish joint venture controlled by H&M Group and Vargas Holding.
• HG Capital: Advising its portfolio company Team.Blue on its acquisition of Loopia Group, a leading European web service and hosting company, focussed on sustainability and green hosting.
• PostNord Strålfors AB: Advising on its acquisition of 21 Grams Group.

Adam holds a Masters of Laws from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg.

Adam spent one year abroad as an exchange student at the University of Hong Kong where he took courses in international business law and social impact.
