Charlotte specialises in intellectual property litigation, both in the enforcement of intellectual property rights and defence of clients against allegations of infringement, with a focus on patent and competition disputes. She is also active in trademark and copyright law, and advises on transactions involving intellectual property.

Education and qualifications

Charlotte studied law in Mainz (Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz) and Paris (Paris Diderot University – Paris VII). She also obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Glasgow. She obtained her doctorate from the University of Mainz. Charlotte has worked as Legal Support and as a legal trainee for Linklaters in Frankfurt and Düsseldorf. She is admitted as a German lawyer.
