Overview
Elise has worked on a wide variety of high-profile French and international capital markets transactions such as debt issuances (drawdown under EMTN and GMTN programmes and standalone bonds issuances) and liability management deals as well as IPOs and rights issues.
Elise joined Linklaters in 2016. She has been in a secondment at the DCM legal team of Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank in 2021.
Elise has advised numerous issuers and financial institutions on transactions such as:
Debt
- advising on (i) establishments, updates of and/or drawdowns under EMTN and/or GMTN Programmes of Action Logement Services, Air Liquide, Arkema, BPCE, Caisse Française de Financement Local (CAFFIL), Caisse d’Amortissement de la Dette Sociale (CADES), Danone, La Banque Postale, La Poste, Réseau de Transport d’Electricité (RTE), Société de Financement Local (SFIL), Schneider Electric SE, (ii) stand-alone bonds issuances by Edenred, TDF Infrastructures SAS, BEL, Teleperformance and Tikehau and (iii) on sustainability-linked bonds issuances by Legrand and Nexans.
- advising on the liability management transactions of Casino Guichard-Perrachon, Edenred, Mercialys, Neopost, TDF Infrastructure SAS, Eramet, BEL and Air Liquide Finance.
- advising on issuances by the Republic of France of its Obligations Assimilables du Trésor (OAT) with an international placement.
Equity
- advising on the IPOs of Neoen, Innate Pharma (Nasdaq), NHOA and SMCP.
- advising on right issues of NHOA and Erytech Pharma.
- advising on the issue of non-dilutive cash settled convertible bonds by Compagnie générale des établissements Michelin.
