Overview
Gabrielle is an Associate in the Capital Markets practice of Linklaters’ New York office. She has experience advising public and private issuers, financial institutions and sovereigns with equity and debt offerings. Additionally, Gabrielle advises clients in connection with derivatives transactions.
Prior to joining Linklaters, Gabrielle worked as a Legal Assistant for the United States Senate Select Committee on Ethics.

- National Grid plc: advising its subsidiaries on various Rule 144A and Regulation S debt offerings.
- Empresa Nacional del Petróleo: advising BofA Securities, Inc., Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Santander US Capital Markets LLC, and Scotia Capital (USA) Inc. in connection with Empresa Nacional del Petróleo’s (ENAP) US$600m bond issuance.
- Adecoagro: advising J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley in connection with Adecoagro’s offer to purchase for cash up to $100 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 6.000% senior notes due 2027.
- CODELCO – Corporación Nacional del Cobre de Chile: advising CODELCO on US$532m MIGA-Guaranteed loan facility with Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.
- Autlán, S.A.B. de C.V: advising Bank Consortium on US$160m syndicated term and revolving loans for Autlán.
Education and qualifications
Gabrielle holds a Juris Doctor from American University Washington College of Law. During law school, she was a Staff Member of the American University Law Review, Member of the Moot Court Honor Society, and Member of the Latin American Law Students Association.
She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Philosophy and Political Science.
Gabrielle is fluent in Portuguese.
