Overview

Giulia is an Associate in our global Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice and based in Dusseldorf. She specialises in German and European competition laws, including merger control as well as all other aspects of competition law. Also, Giulia comprehensively advises on foreign investment control including proceedings under German foreign trade law. She represents clients before the German Federal Cartel Office, the European Commission and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action as well as German and European Courts.

Giulia joined Linklaters in 2024.

Prior, she worked as a research assistant in the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice of an international law firm.

Education and qualifications

Giulia studied Law at the University of Munster and at the Paris Descartes University.

She completed her legal traineeship at the Regional Court of Dusseldorf with stages, inter alia, at Linklaters’ antitrust & foreign investment practice in Dusseldorf and London, and the German Embassy in France.

She speaks German, English and French.
