Hendrik advises on all individual and collective employment law issues, in particular on the employment law aspects of M&A transactions and post-merger-integration, executive matters and represents clients' interests before labour courts throughout Germany.

- Carrier Global Corporation: advising on (i) the US$4.95bn sale of its security business to Honeywell, (ii) the US$1.425bn sale of its Industrial Fire business, (iii) the sale of substantially all of the assets of Kidde-Fenwal, Inc. and certain contributed assets to an affiliate of Pacific Avenue and (iv) on the sale of its Commercial and Residential Fire division for US$3bn.
