Ida Jacotey

Ida joined Linklaters’ Luxembourg Corporate M&A practice in 2016 as a Junior Associate.

Prior to that, she had gained professional experience law firms in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Her practice focuses on general company law, with particular emphasis on private equity, group restructuring and domestic and cross-border M&A. 

Experience highlights:

• Hg on its acquisition of a significant stake in Combell and the roll-up acquisitions by Combell of TransIP and Register.
• Hg on the €1.359bn recapitalisation and refinancing of team.blue, a European provider of digital presence and enablement tools, such as domains, mass hosting, email and applications including e-commerce.
• Montagu on its investment in Visma AS, a Norwegian business software company, made alongside a consortium of investors for a value of US$ 5.3bn.

She holds a Master degree from the University of Paris Pantheon-Assas & University of Economics and Law of HCMC, French-Vietnamese Master’s Degree in International Business law (Vietnam) as well as a LL.M. from the New York University (NYU).

She is fluent in English and French
