Specialist in International and Domestic Corporate Recovery and Insolvency and in banking transactions. Experience includes acting for borrowers and lenders in English, US, Norwegian, Slovak, Swiss, French, Thai and Indonesian restructurings and acting for both insolvency practitioners and creditors in administrations, receiverships and liquidations.
Experience in banking includes acting for both lenders and borrowers in syndicated facilities and structured financings.
