Changes to the Hong Kong Takeovers Code 2023

The Securities and Futures Commission has published its consultation conclusion paper setting out its final position on the proposed changes to the Codes on Takeovers and Mergers and Share Buy-backs. The amendments will take effect on 29 September 2023.
