Linklaters advises Citi on the largest equity release mortgage portfolio sale and securitisation outside the US
Linklaters has advised Citi on a landmark securitisation deal involving a large portfolio of equity release mortgages. This transaction marks a significant milestone in the UK and European market, representing the largest deal of its kind outside the United States.
Waterfall Asset Management acted as sponsor, Aviva as seller and Citi as arranger and sole lead manager.
