Linklaters appoints new Head of Employment in Luxembourg
Linklaters is pleased to announce that Marie Sinniger, a leading employment practitioner, will be joining the firm as Luxembourg’s Head of Employment.
Marie’s practice addresses all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law including; drafting and terminating employment contracts, handling employment issues in the context of corporate restructuring operations, cross-border employment issues, collective bargaining, collective redundancies, staff representation, social audits, remuneration policy, incentive plans and employee benefits. She also represents employers in a wide range of employment law disputes.
Marie joins the firm alongside Thomas Alberti who also joins the Linklaters Employment & Incentives practice as a managing associate. Together with Alyssia Mechalikh, associate in the Luxembourg office, they will be reinforcing the existing employment offering.
This is the latest addition to the global Employment & Incentives practice having recently welcomed Janet Lee, Senior Counsel into the firm’s New York Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits practice. This appointment is also the 53rd hire within the Linklaters Luxembourg office (since Jan 2023), further bolstering the firm’s platform in the jurisdiction and responding to client demand.
