Overview
Adriana is a Polish qualified lawyer (adwokat) with over 18 years of extensive experience in advising on numerous transactions in various areas of the real estate market. She has advised on some of the most recognizable office and hotel acquisitions in Poland. Among her expertise are also shopping and logistics centres, as well as, PRS deals. Adriana is experienced in structuring the portfolio acquisitions and joint venture arrangements.
Adriana has been recognized by Legal 500 EMEA for Real Estate and Construction in Poland.
Work highlights
Adriana was involved in many major real estate transactions such as:
- CP Developer (joint venture between Cornerstone Investment Management and Crestyl): advising on the sale of 2,500 apartments for rent to the Swedish investor Heimstaden Bostad with a value of PLN 1,4 billion.
- INVESTIKA: advising on a number of acquisitions in Poland (Royal Trakt Offices in Warsaw, Łużycka Office Park and Łużycka Plus in Gdynia, Tensor Office Park in Gdynia, and Szyperska Office Center in Poznań).
- Patron Capital Partners: advising on the acquisition of the 5-star Sheraton Hotel in Warsaw from the consortium of Elliot, Walton Street and Schroders Hotels, and on the acquisition and divestment of an automated logistics asset located in Goleniów, Poland.
- Globalworth: advising on the €101m acquisition of the A-class Spektrum Tower office building in Warsaw from a fund managed by Europa Capital.
- Vestinlog from KKCG Group: advising on the sale of portfolio of five industrial logistics and production assets located in Poland to a Jet Investment’s subsidiary.
- Penta Real Estate: advising on the sale of the D48 office building located in Warsaw from Slovak investment fund IAD Investments.
- Niam: advising on the sale of Axis and Kapelanka 42 A office buildings to CORUM, sale of Silesia Business Park A and B to ISOC Group, and on the acquisition of three office buildings located in Łódź, Wrocław and Kraków from Skanska.
- Stena Real Estate: advising on the €86m acquisition of the Studio B office building in Warsaw from Skanska.

Education and qualifications
Adriana studied law at the University of Warsaw and at the University of Florida Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
