Overview
Head of the Corporate/M&A practice in Paris, Bruno advises corporates, financial sponsors and banks on a wide range of complex, cross-border corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, private equity law.
Work highlights
Bruno has led on many major corporate deals. A selection of these deals includes advising:
- Vauban Infrastructure Partners on its investment as new reference shareholder in Paprec (French leader in global waste management and energy recovery)
- ARDIAN on the setting up of Hy24 platform, alongside FiveT
- Kouros Investment on various investments in the hydrogen sector (Haffner Energy - which went to IPO, HYPE etc)
- ARDIAN and GIP as white knight on its c. €16bn offer for Suez (listed in Paris) in the context of the takeover battle between Suez and Veolia, and then the consortium which acquired the c. €10bn New Suez
- Vauban Infrastructure Partners on the acquisition alongside MEAG of 50% of Indigo (World leader in car parking and individual mobility)
- ARDIAN Infrastructure: advising on the sale of a €1bn+ portfolio of various infrastructure and energy assets across Europe, including stakes in LISEA (rail) Synerail (telecoms), Alicorne (road) and Kallista Energy (wind), 2i Rete Gas, Trados (highway).
- Axa Private Equity, its senior management, employees and other investors in the spin-off of from AXA Group to become ARDIAN
