Overview
Ignacio Mirasol is a managing associate in the Leveraged Finance practice in London. He joined Linklaters in 2022.
Ignacio has experience advising financial sponsors, borrowers and creditors on cross-border acquisitions, refinancings and general corporate financings. He has particular focus on complex, cross-border financings.
Prior to joining Linklaters, Ignacio trained in and joined the Debt Finance practice of a large international law firm in London. In 2017, he undertook a client secondment to The Royal Bank of Scotland. He subsequently joined the Leveraged Finance practice of a mid-Atlantic international firm in 2019.

- Acting for Preem AB (publ) in connection with the entry into of an approximately US$300 million term facility with The Swedish Export Credit Corporation and an amendment and restatement of its up to US$ 1.6 billion revolving borrowing base facility, and acting for its holding company, Preem Holding AB (publ), in connection with its issue of €340 million Senior Notes due 2027*
