Overview
Lucy joined the litigation, arbitration, and investigations practice in Brussels in 2022. She specialises in domestic and cross-border litigation, arbitration and mediation. Her main practice areas include complex civil and commercial disputes, construction and engineering, financial litigation and international law.
Lucy has been an associate at Linklaters since 2022. Before joining Linklaters, she worked in the dispute resolution department of another law firm in Brussels.
Lucy has advised on a wide range of disputes. Those that can be disclosed include (*):
- defending a financial institution in legal proceedings involving claims by former shareholders
- representing a financial institution in CEPANI arbitration proceedings
- advising global construction companies in cross-border arbitration proceedings and multilateral negotiations
- representing States and companies in various enforcement proceedings regarding arbitral awards, including questions of public international law

Education and qualifications
Lucy holds a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from Harvard Law School, as well as a Bachelor of Law degree from the Université Saint-Louis – Brussels and a Master of Law degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (Prix René Marcq).
Lucy speaks English, French and Dutch.
